I am a Licensed Naturopathic Doctor and Registered Acupuncturist in Ontario, Canada.
It was my own struggles with acne, anxiety and digestive issues that led me to Naturopathic Medicine, and to reconnect with Traditional Chinese Medicine. My experience inspired me to help others regain control, and clarity in their health and wellness.
I have a clinical focus in Skin Health, Digestion, Fertility and Hormone Optimization. I look forward to working with you!
Helping individuals achieve and maintain a healthy pregnancy. Whether you are trying naturally or going through fertility treatments, I am here to help.
Addressing imbalances with PCOS, PMS/PMDD, Irregular Periods, Acne, Insulin Resistance, Thyroid disorders and Cortisol Dysregulation.

Optimizing digestive function to alleviate symptoms like bloating, acid reflux, stomach pain, diarrhea, constipation and chronic nutrient deficiences.
Mental health is more than just thoughts and emotions. It is about supporting the nervous system through nutrition and other lifestyle factors.
Creating a nutrition plan that suits your lifestyle and wellness goals.
Optimizing the mental, emotional and physical aspects of health.

My approach combines the practices of traditional and evidence-based medicine. Growing up with a Chinese medicine background has always made me curious about understanding wellness from both a conventional and holistic approach. I enjoy finding the parallels, making health education digestible, and helping my patients reach their goals through sustainable lifestyle changes.

INITIAL NATUROPATHIC VISIT
During this 75 – 90 minutes visit, a comprehensive review of your health history and goals will be done. After assessing the foundations of health, an individualized plan will be shared with you to get you started!
FOLLOW-UP VISITS
The second visit is typically 45 – 60 minutes. During this visit, we may review updated blood work if they were ordered, discuss how the previous recommendations are going for you, and troubleshoot solutions together to help you achieve your health goals.
Subsequent visits can vary between 15 – 30 minutes. These visits may be every 4 – 12 weeks, depending on your goals and what we are monitoring. Most patients feel that after 4 – 6 visits, they have a strong understanding of their health, and are able to continue on a maintenance plan.
Reactivation visits are often 45 – 60 minutes. This is intended for patients who are looking to reconnect after 6 – 12 months of seeing eachother. These visits could be helpful for new goals and/or for a general wellness check.
In Traditional Chinese Medicine, health is a manifestation of the balance between Qi, blood, Yin and Yang. When there is disharmony in any of these vital substances, then symptoms arise. Traditional Chinese Acupuncture can be used to help restore this balance and promote health.
ACUPUNCTURE CAN BE HELPFUL FOR:
WHICH APPOINTMENT TYPE IS RIGHT FOR YOU?
COVERAGE
I am dual licensed, therefore, acupuncture services can be covered under “Naturopathic Medicine” or “Acupuncture” if you have seperate categories.
Facial rejuvenation and cosmetic acupuncture compliments nutritional and lifestyle recommendations to help you achieve healthier looking skin from the inside out. The goal is to improve the overall appearance of your skin and to reduce the look of fine lines, wrinkles and scars.
WHAT HAPPENS DURING A SESSION?
WHAT IS GUA SHA STONE MASSAGE AND FACIAL CUPPING?
Gua Sha is administered through unidirectional stroking with a polished stone tool applied to the face and neck. Cupping is a technique using soft silicone cups to create gentle suction. Combined with a facial serum, the cups are glided over the contours of the face. We typically use rosehip oil, but you are welcome to bring your own oil if you prefer.
WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF FACIAL ACUPUNCTURE?
Facial acupuncture is a holistic approach that takes your internal health and skin goals into account. Individualized facial and body acupuncture points are selected to help:
IS IT PAINFUL?
Most people find that cosmetic acupuncture is a relatively painless experience. Of course, everyone’s pain threshold is different. The needles used in cosmetic acupuncture are much thinner than those used on the body and are inserted shallowly into the skin. Cosmetic acupuncture has some potential side effects, but they are rare and tend to be mild. Some of these may include bruising, local inflammation and temporary exacerbation of existing conditions.
HOW MANY TREATMENTS DO I NEED?
Facial acupuncture takes time, consistency and a maintenance plan. We recommend 1 -2 sessions per week for 5 – 6 weeks (total of 10 – 12 sessions), and then once a month for maintenance for optimal benefits. However, this may vary depending on your individual goals and response.
WHO SHOULD AVOID FACIAL ACUPUNCTURE?
Please note facial acupuncture is contraindicated (i.e. not recommended) if you are pregnant, have high blood pressure, or had recent facial surgery or treatment. If you have had botox or fillers you need to wait 8 weeks before receiving cosmetic acupuncture. In order to assess if you are a candidate for facial acupuncture, your registered acupuncturist and/or licensed naturopathic doctor will take a thorough case history and perform any relevant assessments.

Our Mission: Supporting You Through Life’s Seasons.
We believe healthcare should be accessible for everyone. However, we recognize that may not be the case for some individuals due to financial limitations. That is why we offer an Accessible Care Program, which provides reduced rates in attempt to alleviate the financial barrier to accessing, or continuing quality healthcare.
How does it work?
We will never ask for any proof of income. Please note that affordable care does not discount the quality of care you will be receiving. To participate in this program, simply let us know which fee structure you would like to follow at the time of booking, or at the end of your visit. There are not limits to the number of times you can access this program.
